January 23, 2025

IShowSpeed, a popular 20-year-old YouTuber known for his global travels, began 2025 by visiting Chile, immersing himself in local culture, and connecting with fans. However, during a six-hour livestream on January 23, his video was cut short due to fans throwing fireworks at his car. Earlier, a fan had gifted him illegal fireworks, which escalated into a chaotic situation. Loud bangs startled Speed and his team, leading to concern that fireworks might enter the vehicle.

Distressed, Speed urged the driver to leave the area quickly and ended the livestream with a brief farewell to his audience. It remains unclear if a firework entered the car or caused any harm. Speed has yet to comment further on the incident.
