Children of Russian spies posing as Argentinian citizens discovered they were Russian on the plane to Moscow

A Russian spy couple, Artem Viktorovich Dultsev and Anna Valerevna Dultseva, and their children returned to Russia as part of the largest prisoner swap between the West and Russia since the Cold War. Posing as an Argentine couple in Slovenia, they were arrested for espionage in 2022. On the flight to Moscow, their children, who spoke no Russian and were unaware of their heritage, learned of their nationality. The exchange included 24 prisoners, with 16 Western detainees in Russian jails and eight Russians held in the West, including Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich.
