Ryan Castro, the Colombian reggaeton star, delivered a historic sold-out performance at La Macarena in Medellín, cementing his place as one of Latin music’s top performers. The show featured surprise appearances from Latin superstars Karol G, J Balvin, and Carlos Vives. Notably, Karol G joined Castro for their hit “Una Noche en Medellín Remix,” while J Balvin performed “Nivel De Perreo” and a 15-minute set of his classics. Castro’s collaboration with Carlos Vives on “Los Sabanales” and “La Gota Fría” was another highlight.

The concert also kicked off Castro’s highly anticipated U.S. tour, “¡Ay Bendito Ghetto!” alongside Colombian artist Blessd, starting on October 31, 2024. In addition to his music, Castro has made waves in fashion with an exclusive Nike collaboration. Recognized by Rolling Stone in their “Future 25” list for 2024, Castro continues to shape Latin music with hits like “Fan De Su Relación” and “El Ritmo Que Nos Une.” His journey from rapping on Medellín’s buses to global stardom, with hit singles like “Mujeriego” and “Jordan,” underscores his rising influence in both music and fashion.
