Marc Anthony is extending his influence beyond music by stepping into the hospitality industry with a groundbreaking venture called The Estate, in collaboration with business mogul Sam Nazarian and entrepreneur Tony Robbins. This innovative project merges luxury living with a focus on wellness, longevity, and preventative medicine, aiming to provide guests with world-class treatments and experiences that go beyond a traditional vacation. The initiative seeks to enhance quality of life through advanced therapies and functional medicine, positioning itself as a leader in health and wellness-focused resorts.

The Estate will collaborate with Fountain Life, an organization specializing in disease prevention, with the goal of establishing a global network of 25 centers dedicated to health, wellness, and longevity by 2030. Fifteen of these centers will feature luxury hotels and residences, while the remaining ten will focus on urban longevity and preventative health services. The first of these developments are set to open in 2026, with properties located in Saint Kitts and Nevis (Caribbean), the UK, northern Italy, and Switzerland. The initial center for preventative medicine is scheduled to launch in Los Angeles at Century Plaza by late 2025.

Marc Anthony expressed his enthusiasm for this transformative project, stating, “This is a truly unique and transformative endeavor… Collaborating with visionaries like Sam and Tony… is a tremendous honor.” For Anthony, The Estate represents an opportunity to raise global standards in luxury and wellness, combining five-star hospitality with cutting-edge longevity treatments, thus expanding his legacy into a new realm of global influence.
