Karol G just added another attendance record to her growing list of accomplishments in the United States.

Nearly 50,000 fans packed the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, on September 2 for the Colombian superstar’s Viajando Por El Mundo TropiTour, setting a new venue attendance record for a solo female headliner.

Another Historic Night for La Bichota

The record is another sign of just how massive Karol G’s drawing power has become in North America.

Her current tour has already taken her through some of the biggest stadiums on the continent, including Soldier Field in Chicago, Rogers Stadium in Toronto, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and Levi’s Stadium near San Francisco.

The San Antonio crowd also delivered an emotional moment.

Thousands of fans coordinated a surprise by holding up blue paper hearts during the concert, referencing the imagery surrounding Karol G’s latest album. The gesture brought the Colombian singer to tears on stage.

Karol G’s U.S. Takeover Continues

Breaking attendance records isn’t exactly new territory for Karol G.

Back in 2023, more than 15,000 fans descended on New York’s Rockefeller Center for her appearance on TODAY’s Citi Concert Series, setting an attendance record for the series at the time.

Now she’s doing it inside stadiums.

And the TropiTour still has several huge U.S. dates ahead, including MetLife Stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Hard Rock Stadium and AT&T Stadium.

From Medellín to some of America’s biggest stages, Karol G isn’t just selling tickets anymore — she’s rewriting attendance records along the way.
