It appears that there a potential collaboration in the works between Bad Bunny and Kanye West. A video surfaced on December 12 featuring what appears to be Bad Bunny’s vocals, sparking speculation about his involvement in West and Ty Dolla $ign’s upcoming joint album, “Vultures,” set to release today, December 15.
The videos were recorded during Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s outdoor rave in Miami on December 11. Although Bad Bunny’s verse isn’t audible, his distinctive ad-libs are recognizable in the rap track snippet. Notably, Kodak Black also contributes sparse Spanish words, confirming a collaboration with Bad Bunny in a 2022 interview.
In another clip, a voice that could be Bad Bunny’s is heard singing, “I’m so drunk right now,” coinciding with a track titled “Drunk” on the joint album.
The collaboration with Kanye West aligns with West’s expressed desire to work with Bad Bunny, considering him a top artist. West has praised Bad Bunny as a “stadium artist” and acknowledged him as competition.
Social media users are buzzing about the potential surprise collaboration, with one user expressing, “They are telling me that Bad Bunny is going to appear on Kanye West’s new album; nothing surprises me anymore.” Others are eagerly anticipating Friday, anticipating a collaboration between Kanye West and Bad Bunny, with comments like, “We are about to witness a collaboration between Kanye West and Bad Bunny. THIS SOUNDS GOOD.” Another user highlighted Bad Bunny’s extensive collaborations, stating, “The fact that Bad Bunny has already collaborated with The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and Drake and is going to be on Kanye West’s album is the confirmation (were there any doubts?) that he is the absolute king of music in our language WORLDWIDE.”
Apart from the Bad Bunny and Kodak Black speculations, confirmed features on the upcoming Vultures album include Freddie Gibbs, Playboi Carti, Nicki Minaj, James Blake, and West’s daughter North.
