Shakira is taking fans on a nostalgic journey through her musical legacy with a new Spotify EP honoring two major milestones: the 30th anniversary of Pies Descalzos and the 20th anniversaries of Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 and Oral Fixation, Vol. 2.
Earlier this month, the Colombian superstar marked three decades since the release of Pies Descalzos — the album that made her a household name across Latin America with classics like “Estoy Aquí” and “¿Dónde Estás Corazón?”. On her current Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, Shakira has been paying tribute to that era by performing fan favorites “Estoy Aquí” and “Antología.”
Now, she’s extending the celebration with a special project titled Spotify Anniversary | Oral Fixation (20th) and Pies Descalzos (30th) LIVE, dropping October 22. The EP features newly recorded versions of “Pies Descalzos, Sueños Blancos” and “Antología,” alongside reimagined cuts from her Fijación Oral albums — including “La Pared” and “Día De Enero.”
To top it off, Shakira will breathe new life into her global anthem “Hips Don’t Lie,” teaming up with Ed Sheeran and fellow Barranquilla native Beéle for a fresh, cross-generational remix.
Three decades in, Shakira continues to bridge eras, sounds, and cultures — proving that her influence in Latin and global pop remains as powerful as ever.
