BARRIO – Cuban-American songwriter, producer, actress and businesswoman Gloria Estefan is the first Latina mentioned on the list published by Celebrity Net Worth. She is ranked number nine with a net worth of $500 million. Considered one of the most successful Latina artists in music history, Estefan has sold 130 million records worldwide throughout her career.
The second highest positioned Latina in the ranking is the Puerto Rican singer Jennifer López. According to Celebrity Net Worth, J.Lo has amassed a fortune of $400 million. The Latina is ranked 18th on the list of richest actors worldwide. Celebrity Net Worth estimates that Lopez, who will turn 53 in July, receives an estimated annual salary of $40 million.
In addition to her career as a designer and businesswoman, López has many movie projects as an actress and producer. She started 2022 with the premiere of the movie Marry Me. She will also present a feature documentary about her life at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 8.
The third richest Latina artist is the Colombia’s Shakira, who is 45 years old.
The singer, dancer and producer has a net worth of $300 million and is ranked number 25 in a list of 50 singers.
The Colombian, who has been named by Billboard magazine as the most important female artist of the last two decades, is also a philanthropist and chairs the Pies Descalzos Foundation, in charge of raising money for vulnerable children in Colombia.

After Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira, other notable Latinas on the list are young Brazilian singer-songwriter and dancer Anitta, with $50 million.
The artist from Rio de Janeiro debuted with her single “Meiga e Abusada,” which catapulted her career and led her to sign a contract with Warner Music in 2013. In 2022, she became the first Brazilian pop star to top Spotify with a song in Spanish.
After Anitta, the Latina best positioned is Mexico’s Paulina Rubio with $35 million, and the Cuban-American singer and actress Camila Cabello, with $18 million.
