Colombian reggaeton star Blessd, born Stiven Mesa Londoño, has made waves by purchasing Vendsyssel FF, a football team competing in Denmark’s second division. Announcing the news on social media, Blessd expressed his excitement over achieving a lifelong dream and likened the acquisition to “playing career mode in real life.” He shared his ambitions for the team to climb to Denmark’s top tier and, eventually, aim for a spot in the UEFA Champions League.

Vendsyssel FF, based in Hjørring, is currently struggling in 10th place in the Danish 1st Division. With only four wins out of 14 matches, the team faces challenges but now has the backing of Blessd, who is committed to rejuvenating the club. His move into sports ownership shows his desire to expand beyond music, adding another dimension to his career and fulfilling a shared dream with his partner, Dimelo Jara.

Blessd’s ownership could inspire reggaeton fans and football enthusiasts alike, as they follow this unique journey that merges the worlds of Latin music and European football.
