Bad Bunny Breaks Attendance Record With 90,000 Fans at Sydney Stadium

Bad Bunny just added another milestone to his global takeover.

The Puerto Rican superstar made his live debut in Australia over the weekend, performing two sold-out shows at ENGIE Stadium and drawing nearly 90,000 fans across both nights. According to Live Nation Australia, the turnout marked the highest attendance ever for a concert at the venue.

“Bad Bunny breaking records in Australia,” the promoter wrote on Instagram, confirming the historic crowd size.

Despite Spanish being spoken by less than one percent of Australia’s population, Rolling Stone AU/NZ noted that much of the audience sang along and reacted loudly to Bad Bunny’s Spanish-only banter — proof that his appeal transcends language.

The achievement caps off a massive run for the Latin icon. In 2026 alone, he delivered a standout Super Bowl performance and earned his first solo No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. He also finished 2025 as Spotify’s most-streamed artist globally, racking up 19.8 billion streams and reclaiming the crown he previously held from 2020 to 2022.

Next up: Tokyo, where he’ll headline Spotify’s Billions Club Live — marking his first-ever performance in Asia — before launching the European leg of his world tour in May.

Global? That’s an understatement.
