Venezuela is proving to be a competitive force this time, currently tied with Brazil on points but behind on goal difference.

Brazil’s inconsistent results—marked by three losses—have raised concerns, making their qualification less secure than usual. Meanwhile, teams like Bolivia and Venezuela, traditionally the region’s underdogs, have been more competitive, with Bolivia managing three wins so far. Venezuela is hoping to qualify for its first-ever World Cup.
