April 22, 2026

If you missed out the first time, here’s your second chance.

FIFA has announced a new release of last-minute tickets for the 2026 World Cup, giving fans another opportunity to secure seats for the biggest tournament in football.

Starting April 22 at 11 a.m. ET, tickets for all 104 matches—including six games in Toronto—will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. FIFA says additional drops will continue throughout the tournament, which runs from June 11 to July 19.

If you’re trying to lock in your spot, tickets are available by clicking here.

But getting in won’t be easy.

Fans should expect online queues, with availability changing quickly depending on demand. Once inside the ticket portal, buyers can select matches, choose seats, and complete their purchase—if tickets are still available.

And prices?

They’re not cheap.

For matches currently listed in Canada, only higher-tier tickets remain. Category 1 and 2 seats for games like Canada vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina are starting at over $2,300, while others begin around $1,500. Even on resale platforms, prices remain high, reflecting the massive demand.

So far, more than five million tickets have already been sold for what will be the largest World Cup in history, featuring 48 teams.

For Toronto, this is a big moment.

With six matches set to be played in the city, demand is only going to rise as the tournament gets closer.

If you’re planning to go, this might be your best shot.

Just be ready when the clock hits 11.
