Salsero, Hector Rey Passes Away

BARRIO – The salsa singer Héctor Rey, known in the music industry as “El Guaraguao de la Salsa”, died this Wednesday in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

The news was confirmed by his representative, who revealed some details of the unfortunate departure.

According to the version provided by the manager, Héctor entered a health centre on January 24 in Puerto Rico, after presenting health problems; he passed away the following day.

So far the cause of his death is unknown.
