The legendary Colombian salsa powerhouse Grupo Niche is bringing their iconic sound to Toronto on May 15 at History, and the city is buzzing with excitement! Known around the world for their infectious rhythms, heartfelt lyrics, and dance-floor classics, Grupo Niche has been a defining force in salsa music since they formed in Cali in 1978. Over almost five decades, the group has produced timeless hits like Cali Pachanguero, Una Aventura, Sin Sentimientos, and Gotas de Lluvia that are staples in Latin music playlists and legendary in salsa dance halls everywhere.
Their music blends high-energy percussion, rich horn arrangements, and soulful vocals — a signature style that helped them rise from a local Colombian sensation to international stars whose concerts are vibrant celebrations of culture and community.
