Nicky Jam, known as Nick Rivera Caminero, recently purchased a lavish condominium in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami at the Elysee residence for $4.1 million. The luxurious building offers top-tier amenities like a resort-style pool, outdoor lounge, and high-end gym with spa facilities. Its prime location allows Nicky to avoid Miami’s notorious traffic, placing him conveniently close to downtown, Wynwood, the Design District, and the beach.

The 57-story tower boasts stunning waterfront views and meticulously designed interiors, providing an ideal living space. Nicky’s new three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit spans over 3,100 square feet, offering ample room for both work and leisure. Nearby attractions include David Grutman’s new restaurant Casadonna, the Arsht Center for shows, and Nicky’s own bakery, La Industria, at Bayside Marketplace.

Represented by Tony Rodriguez Tellaheche of Prestige Realty Group, Nicky made the purchase while Alison Parker of Douglas Elliman represented the seller. This move signifies Nicky Jam’s embrace of the vibrant Miami lifestyle and his investment in a prime piece of real estate in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood.
