Madonna, the iconic Queen of Pop, has announced a historic free concert at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on May 4, marking the final show of her Celebration Tour. The event, sponsored by Itaú Apresenta, is a gesture of gratitude to her fans for their support over her four-decade-long career. The concert will be broadcast live on TV Globo and will be Madonna’s first performance in Brazil since 2012. Entry to the concert is free and on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no tickets required.

Before heading to Brazil, Madonna will perform in various cities across the United States, including Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Austin. She will also have a three-night stint in Miami and a five-night residency in Mexico City.

Madonna kicked off her Celebration Tour at London’s O2 Arena, delivering an electrifying two-hour set where she shared her journey back to the stage after a hospitalization due to a serious bacterial infection last year. Despite physical and emotional challenges, Madonna remains resilient, drawing strength from her children and her own determination. She reflected on her health scare as a “near-death experience” and shared her determination to continue performing, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and positivity.
