Karol G’s Con Cora Foundation has launched the “Con Cora Geek Girls Scholarships” to support women in STEM in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Guatemala. This initiative aims to empower Latina women by providing access to education and networking in science and technology, addressing the gender gap in these fields.

The scholarships offer two online courses focusing on self-empowerment and technological skills, along with access to a network of women in STEM and potential certifications from top companies and universities. The initiative underscores Karol G’s commitment to women’s empowerment and aims to promote gender equality and innovation in Latin America. Applications are open until September 4, 2024.
