Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz claimed the WBA junior welterweight title with a dominant TKO victory over Rolly Romero at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. With this win, Cruz secured his first world title and extended his winning streak to four fights, boosting his record to 26-2-1 with 18 knockouts. Romero, who was defending his belt for the first time, suffered his second loss in three fights, dropping to 1-2 in recent outings.
