Asado, Presented by Copa Cabana, is a free, two day Latin Expo at Assembly Park, where creatives and people across the GTA come together for unique cultural experiences. Asado will take place on on June 28 & 29, from 12pm to 11pm (both days). The event brings together local chefs, music, dancing, Latin vendors, authentic Asado cuisine, and the first ever Chancla Throwing Contest.

The event aims to bring the Latin American community spirit to one of the premier event spaces in the City of Vaughan.

This year Asado has partnered with once of the premier steak houses in the country, Copa Cabana. Needless to say, the food is going to be A1, so bring your appetites!

Attendees can enjoy over 40 Latin vendors spread across the entire cultural marketplace. What’s an Asado without music, dancing and drinks. The organizers promise that there will be plenty of that to enhance the experience. Asado welcomes different cultures of all ages, including the Latin American community, foodies, professionals, GTA residents, and tourists.

To visit Asado, all you need to do is register at www.torontolatinos.com. Click here to get started.

Asado: The word asado is a multifunctional term that describes the method of barbecuing meat in South America, and the social event associated with the meal.
