Andres was born in Canada from Colombian Parents. Watching his parents save for homeownership and eventually having their dream come true, is basically what made him consider Real Estate as a career. He’s been at it for 10 years. More recently he’s shifted his business and has been assisting the Latin Community in creating generational wealth opportunities internationally.

Andres is highly involved in the Canadian market, but due to low inventory and higher interest rates,  Andres has pivoted his business and now looking for opportunities internationally. He caught the bug when he purchased property in Panama. He received many inquiries and as a result, decided to spend time and educate himself in different markets. You can now call him to discuss investments in Dominican Republic, Mexico, El Salvador, Panama and Miami.

Outside of Real Estate, Andres is the Chief Operating Officer at Kicks for Kids. The organization’s goal is to provide aid and ease the financial burden that may come with back to school shopping. When speaking to Andres, you can automatically see how passionate he is about this initiative. They have raised over $10k in their first year.
