Coming to you live post Sol Properties launch. May I say, if you weren’t there, you missed an epic event. From live performers, to make-up touch-ups, and art installations; it was the event to kick off the summer. It was epic. Rain or shine, everyone was full of music, laughter, and joy, as they celebrated Sol Properties. The prime hub for Canadians purchasing property in Latin America. 

I got the chance to chat with the CEO and founder of Sol Properties, Andres Ramirez, who is Canadian with Colombian roots. With a background in real estate, Andres is paving the way to create bridges for those who dream of owning property in Latin America. The inspiration for Sol Properties stems from Andres’ memory of his Mother’s joy in purchasing their first home in Canada. He then grew a passion to bring people together to achieve their goals of owning property. Andres’ wants to help expand Sol Properties to El Salvador, Dominican Republic and Mexico, He wants people to “make the right decision and feel comfortable” in their investments as property owners. Sol Properties is not only to help Latinos in wanting to invest in Latin America but to all people looking for a comfortable and affordable place to retire.
