Toronto is getting ready to celebrate Latino excellence, and whether you’re attending in person or watching from home, you’re invited to be part of it.

Tomorrow, Thursday, October 22, the 18th Annual 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians Gala will bring together some of Canada’s most accomplished Latino leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and changemakers for an evening dedicated to recognizing their achievements.

Presented by TLN Media Group, the annual celebration has become an important occasion for Canada’s Hispanic community, highlighting individuals who are making meaningful contributions to business, culture, education, innovation and society.

And there’s good news for anyone who can’t make it to Toronto: the awards ceremony will be livestreamed, allowing viewers across Canada and around the world to join the celebration.

20 Finalists, 10 Honourees and One Special Night

This year’s celebration features 20 finalists from across Canada, with 10 individuals set to receive recognition.

The finalists represent a diverse range of professional backgrounds and Latin American and Hispanic heritage, reflecting the growing influence of our community across the country.

The gala is about more than individual success. It’s about recognizing the people opening doors, building businesses, creating opportunities and inspiring future generations of Hispanic Canadians.

Montreal Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada is also scheduled to deliver the keynote address, bringing another prominent voice to the celebration.

A Special Night for Toronto Latinos

For Toronto Latinos, this event has a special meaning.

In 2024, our founder, Carlos Brito, received the inaugural Influencer of the Year Award in recognition of the platform’s contributions to connecting, promoting and celebrating Canada’s Latin community.

This year, Toronto Latinos is proud to return as an official media sponsor of the 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians Awards.

We believe that recognizing our community’s achievements is just as important as celebrating our music, food, festivals and traditions.

Every successful Latino entrepreneur, professional, artist and community leader helps strengthen our collective voice in Canada.

And those achievements deserve to be seen and celebrated.

Let’s Celebrate Latino Excellence Together

October is Latin American Heritage Month in Canada, making this celebration especially meaningful.

For one evening, the spotlight will shine on Hispanic Canadians whose work, determination and leadership continue to make a difference.

If you’re in Toronto, consider joining the celebration in person. It’s a chance to connect with inspiring people and support a community that continues to grow in influence.

And if you can’t attend, tune in online and share the livestream with someone who would appreciate seeing Hispanic Canadian excellence recognized on a national stage.

Buy tickets: Visit the official gala ticketing channels and use promo code 10MIHC2026 for $10 off, subject to eligibility and availability.
