Eladio Carrión has another No. 1 to add to his résumé.
The Puerto Rican-American rapper has reached the top of Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart with “Polaroid,” which jumped from No. 3 to No. 1 on the chart dated September 5.
It marks Carrión’s second career No. 1 on the chart, following “TQMQA” in 2024.
Another Major Milestone
“Polaroid” continues a strong year for Carrión following the release of his album CORSA.
The track also stands out for sampling “Maniac,” Michael Sembello’s unmistakable 1983 hit made famous by the movie Flashdance.
Carrión has spent years establishing himself as one of Latin trap’s most recognizable artists, collaborating with stars including Bad Bunny, Karol G, Rauw Alejandro and Anuel AA.
Now “Polaroid” has given him his second No. 1 on Latin radio in the United States — another major milestone for one of Puerto Rico’s biggest urban artists.
