One of Canada’s most iconic destinations is getting a Latin takeover this September.
The first-ever Salsa at Niagara Falls is happening September 12 and 13 at Queen Victoria Park, bringing two days of Latin music, dancing, food and culture right beside Niagara Falls.
And this isn’t going to be your average salsa event.
The new festival will feature live music, world-class dance performances, authentic Latin food, vendor markets, two stages and three different hot spots where the dancing will continue throughout the weekend.
Then comes what could be the highlight of the entire experience.
At 10 p.m. each night, Niagara Falls will light up with a special fireworks show choreographed to salsa music.
The festival is being launched in partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism, Niagara Parks Commission and Fallsview Casino Resort, making it a major new addition to Canada’s growing Latin festival scene.
For Toronto and GTA Latinos, this has all the ingredients for the perfect September road trip. Grab your friends, spend the day in Niagara and then dance beside one of the most famous waterfalls in the world.
And with Buffalo and Western New York just across the border, this could become a truly international Latin celebration.
September 12–13. Niagara Falls. Salsa. Fireworks. Thousands of people celebrating Latin culture.
This might be one of those weekends you don’t want to watch through somebody else’s Instagram stories.
Toronto Latinos is proud to be an official media sponsor of Salsa at Niagara Falls. We’re excited to help bring our community together for an incredible weekend celebrating Latin music, dance and culture at one of the most iconic destinations in the world. See you at the Falls!
