For Ecuadorians across the GTA, the wait is finally over.

Toronto Latinos are proud to present the official Ecuador vs Ivory Coast Watch Party, bringing fans together to cheer on La Tri as they kick off their FIFA World Cup campaign.

The event takes place at the Woodbridge Fair Grounds (100 Porter Ave, Woodbridge) and promises to be much more than just a place to watch the match. It’s an opportunity for Ecuadorians and soccer fans from across the region to come together, celebrate their culture, and experience the excitement of the World Cup surrounded by community.

Why watch from your living room when you can watch it outdoors with hundreds of fellow supporters?

Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, family, and friends for an all-ages celebration featuring a giant 20-foot screen, music, food vendors, an outdoor bar, and the kind of atmosphere only a World Cup match can create.

The event builds on the incredible momentum seen during Canada vs Ecuador in November 2025, when Toronto Latinos partnered with MLSE and helped create one of the largest Ecuadorian soccer gatherings in Canadian history, with more than 28,000 fans filling the stadium for a memorable night of football and national pride.

Now, with Ecuador stepping onto the world’s biggest stage once again, organizers hope to recreate that same energy in a more intimate community setting where fans can celebrate every goal, every save, and every moment together.

Doors open at 12:00 PM, allowing guests plenty of time to arrive, enjoy the festivities, and secure a great viewing spot before kickoff.
