If you’ve ever said “I could watch football all day”—this might be your moment.

FOX Sports, alongside Indeed, is launching a nationwide search for one lucky fan to become the “Chief World Cup Watcher” for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The job? Simple.

Watch every single match.

All 104 games. 39 days. $50,000.

The selected candidate will stream every game live in 4K on FOX’s platform while documenting the experience through social media—capturing the highs, heartbreaks, and everything in between.

And the setting? Not your couch.

The job will take place in a custom-built viewing space right in Times Square, putting you at the center of one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.

This World Cup is already shaping up to be historic—the largest ever, with 48 teams competing across North America. And FOX wants someone who can bring that energy to life in real time.

To apply, candidates need to update their Indeed profile by May 17 and post a video explaining why they’re the perfect fit using the hashtag #ChiefWorldCupWatcher.

The winner will be announced live on June 6.

So yeah… this might actually be the dream job.

All you have to do is watch the game.
