Bad Bunny has officially been named Billboard’s Top Latin Artist of the 21st Century, solidifying his dominance over the Latin music landscape. The chart, which measures performance on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums and Hot Latin Songscharts from 2000 to 2024, places Benito at No. 1 — an impressive feat considering he only debuted in 2016.

Since his breakthrough, Bad Bunny has racked up 16 No. 1 hits on Hot Latin Songs and nine No. 1 albums on Top Latin Albums. His 2020 record YHLQMDLG spent an unprecedented 70 weeks at No. 1, helping him become Billboard’s all-genre Top Artist of 2022 and the Top Latin Artist for five consecutive years.

Beyond charts and accolades, Bad Bunny continues to push Latin music into new global territories. His upcoming role as headliner of the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show underscores his influence as a cultural trailblazer redefining what it means to be a Latin superstar in the mainstream.

Rounding out Billboard’s Top 10 Latin Artists of the 21st Century are:
Romeo Santos, Daddy Yankee, Enrique Iglesias, Marco Antonio Solís, J Balvin, Shakira, Aventura, Juanes, and Ozuna.
