Labour Day weekend is almost here, and across Ontario, the skies are set to light up with dazzling fireworks displays. Whether you’re staying close to Toronto or planning a getaway, here are some of the best spots to catch the show.

🎢 Canada’s Wonderland (Vaughan)
End your day of rides and roller coasters with a “custom-designed” fireworks display on Aug. 31 at 10 p.m. Multiple viewing points throughout the park make it easy to find a good spot.

🌊 Niagara Falls
Canada’s most famous natural wonder also boasts the country’s longest-running fireworks series. Shows light up the sky every night at 10 p.m. through Oct. 13, best viewed from Queen Victoria Park.

This lakeside community celebrates Labour Day with a free fireworks display on the main beach, Aug. 31 from 8:30–9:30 p.m. Arrive early to catch one of Ontario’s best sunsets.

The world’s longest freshwater beach is hosting its Memories of Summer celebration on Aug. 30. Expect live music from Queen Flash, a DJ, food trucks, and a beer tent before the fireworks begin at 10:30 p.m.
