Due to ‘overwhelming demand,’ Shakira will be playing in stadiums and less arenas

Shakira’s upcoming “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour” has expanded due to high demand. Originally scheduled to perform at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center on November 23, the Latin pop icon has moved the concert to the larger Bank of America Stadium on May 13, marking the first date of the North American leg of the tour. The switch comes as Shakira shifted several shows from arenas to stadiums to accommodate her growing audience.
