At the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Awards, Karol G, Bad Bunny, and Peso Pluma emerged as the night’s biggest winners, despite their absence from the Florida ceremony. Karol G led the pack, taking home eight awards, including Global 200 Latin Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, and Tour of the Year. Her hit collaboration with Peso Pluma, “Qlona”, won Hot Latin Song of the Year, Vocal Event of the Year, and Streaming Song of the Year.

Bad Bunny, continuing his reign in Latin music, earned six accolades. His recent album “Nadie Sabe lo que Va a Pasar Mañana” secured Top Latin Album of the Year and Latin Rhythm Album of the Year, while his track “Mónaco”claimed Sales Song of the Year. Bad Bunny was also crowned Artist of the Year.

Peso Pluma matched Bad Bunny with six awards, including Regional Mexican Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, further solidifying his status as a breakout star in the Latin music scene.

Although these artists did not attend the event, their wins were a highlight of the ceremony, which aired on Sunday night on Telemundo after the winners were announced earlier on Thursday.
