Bad Bunny Has Gone Ginger

Bad Bunny has sent the internet into a frenzy this week after revealing a bold new look—curly ginger hair and an impressive goatee, all dyed a dark red shade. The Puerto Rican star, known for constantly reinventing his appearance, quickly became a topic of discussion across social media platforms after posting the new look, which led to a mix of reactions. While some fans found the transformation humorous, likening him to characters like Ice Spice or Mr. Tumnus from Narnia, others embraced the change, praising “Ginger Benito.”

However, this fiery new look may not be permanent. It seems Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, adopted the ginger hair for an upcoming acting role. He was recently spotted on the set of Caught Stealing, a new film being directed by Darren Aronofsky, where he will portray a character named “Colorado” — likely a nod to the red hair. The film, set in 1990s New York City, also features an all-star cast including Zoë Kravitz, Matt Smith, Liev Schreiber, and Regina King.

In Caught Stealing, Bad Bunny’s character, Colorado, appears to favor a sharp tweed suit, and photos from the set even show him sporting freckles. The film follows a burned-out ex-baseball player named Hank Thompson (played by Butler), who finds himself caught up in the criminal underworld of New York. With Bad Bunny’s role in the project alongside seasoned actors and Aronofsky at the helm, Caught Stealing promises to be a thrilling addition to his growing acting career, which already includes Bullet Train and Narcos: México.
