Rosalía has been announced as the newest global ambassador for Dior. The Spanish singer-songwriter, known for her unique blend of music and modern flamenco influences, will represent the French luxury fashion house. This announcement follows her appearance at the Met Gala in a bespoke Dior outfit. As her first project as an ambassador, Rosalía stars in the new Lady Dior handbag campaign, photographed by Collier Schorr.
Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior’s creative director of womenswear, expressed her admiration for Rosalía, citing her dedication as a musician and producer, and her innovative approach to flamenco. Chiuri stated that Rosalía embodies a modern form of womanhood, making her a perfect fit for Dior. She praised Rosalía for using her voice to express strength and creativity, thus developing a new artistic language.
