After almost 10 years, Latin culture and music expert AJ Ramos was back in Toronto for a night of networking, learning and most importantly building community. The Don Arts Academy hosted a live conversation with AJ moderated by Miguel Anthony and what a night it was. What felt like a cross between a church service and industry panel, everyone in the room that night left feeling charged up. We all know AJ the music executive, TV host and personality but we learned so much about him as a person. He spoke so passionately about the importance of taking care of our mental health, he addressed his spirituality and of course encouraged all the creatives in the room to go after all their dreams while dropping gems about YouTube and how to effectively use the platform. What was really special was seeing how many people from our community showed up on that cold and rainy evening. Thank you Miguel Anthony for being such a gracious host and moderator, you two together on stage was truly magical.
