Bad Bunny is upset with a fan named Eric Garrone for allegedly posting unauthorized footage of his concert on YouTube. In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Bad Bunny claims Garrone recorded and uploaded full song performances from his concert in Salt Lake City without permission. Bad Bunny asserts that Garrone’s actions are infringing on his rights as the owner of the live performance music and are diverting views and ad revenue from his official YouTube page. Despite issuing takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Garrone allegedly filed counterclaims to keep the videos up. While some videos have been removed, one remains featuring the concert orchestra. Bad Bunny seeks an injunction against Garrone from posting further footage and demands $150,000 per video posted or any actual damages incurred.
