Authorities burn $67 Million worth of cocaine in El Salvador

Authorities in El Salvador have burned three tons of cocaine, valued at $67.5 million, which they said they seized in May.

Police reported two drug seizures about a thousand miles off the country’s coast on May 19 and 24.

Seven foreign nationals were arrested for trafficking the drugs, police said.

Footage published by the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic El Salvador shows the confiscated drugs being burned.
